1 Overview

- Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be made. Withdrawals exceeding BDT 50,000 will not be processed without completed verification.
- Withdrawals are not permitted if you have only made a deposit without placing at least one bet.

- The welcome bonus is available to new members once only. Closing an existing account and opening a new one to claim the bonus again is not permitted.
- Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement. Typically, you must wager 30–50 times the bonus amount.
- Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
- Each bonus has a specific claim window. Bonuses not claimed within the designated time will be forfeited.

- Disputes involving bets placed during a technical error in casino games will be resolved through a review of the game logs.

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:
